By using the AutoSpend platform, you affirm that you are:

  • Capable of entering into a legally binding agreement;

4. Services Provided

Auto provides cross-border business-to-business (B2B) payment services using stablecoins such as USDC and USDT as a means of exchange. Users can convert their local currencies into stablecoins to settle international merchants, who then receive funds in their local bank accounts via integrated P2P off-ramping solutions.

Use of Auto's services is subject to additional legal agreements, including our:

  • Risk Management Policy
  • AML/CFT/CPF Policy
  • KYC/KYCB Policy
  • Merchant Exchange Agreement

5. Use of Services

You agree to:

  • Use our services only for lawful purposes.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
  • Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
  • Not attempt to hack, exploit, or interfere with our systems.

6. Account Registration and Security

  • Users must create an account to access certain features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to us immediately.

7. Payment Transactions

  • Our platform facilitates B2B cross-border transactions using stablecoins (USDC, USDT).
  • Payments must comply with AML/CFT/CPF regulations, KYC/KYCB policies, and U.S. federal and state laws.
  • We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or delay transactions suspected of fraud or illicit activity.

8. Fees and Charges

  • Users may be subject to transaction fees, conversion fees, and network fees.
  • Fee structures will be disclosed before transaction execution.
  • We reserve the right to adjust fees with prior notice.

9. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to U.S. laws, international AML/CFT obligations, and sanctions enforced by OFAC, FinCEN, and other relevant authorities. Auto reserves the right to report suspicious activity to appropriate law enforcement and regulatory bodies.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use AutoSpend to:

  • Violate any law or regulation;
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity;
  • Facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or proliferation financing;
  • Violate U.S. sanctions or deal with sanctioned entities;
  • Attempt to access systems or data not intended for you.

AutoSpend reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against any misuse of the platform.

11. Fraud Complaints and Chargebacks

In the event of a complaint involving fraud, unauthorized transactions, or a chargeback initiated by a User or a third-party financial institution, AutoSpend reserves the right to investigate the claim thoroughly. Users are required to cooperate fully with such investigations and provide all relevant information and documentation upon request.

If AutoSpend determines, in its sole discretion, that a transaction is fraudulent, violates applicable laws, or breaches these Terms, the Company may take any or all of the following actions:

  • Reverse or cancel the transaction in question;
  • Place a lien or hold on the User's funds (either in part or in full) that are in custody or under processing, pending resolution of the complaint;
  • Withhold disbursement to the User or related parties until the matter is resolved;
  • Deduct amounts from current or future settlements to cover the chargeback or related losses;
  • Report the incident to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

AutoSpend also reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User's access to the platform if it reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, or high chargeback risk, with or without prior notice.

12. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this website are owned by Stable Payment Inc.
  • Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without authorization.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

AutoSpend provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

14. Limitation of Liability

Stable Payments Inc. is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the services, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
  • Financial losses due to user errors or mismanagement of private keys.
  • Service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
  • Unauthorized access to user accounts due to negligence.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoSpend, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or demand arising out of your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

16. Termination

AutoSpend may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that may harm AutoSpend or its users.

17. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We collect, store, and process user data per our Privacy Policy.
  • Personal data is protected under U.S. privacy laws (CCPA, GDPR where applicable).

18. Dispute Resolution
